25 days annual leave

All employees are entitled to 25 days of annual leave (pro rata for part-time employees). Employees can also sell or buy additional annual leave with holiday trading.

All employees are auto-enrolled into our group personal pension plan. You can choose how much you’d like to contribute, and we’ll pay double your contribution up to a maximum of 12 percent.
