Who we are
We’re Delta Housing, the largest housing association in Essex. We own and manage over 17,000 homes across Essex and its neighbouring counties, many of which are for social and affordable rent.
Established in April 2026, and with offices in Chelmsford and Southend-on-Sea, we were formed through the merger of CHP and Estuary, two long-standing and well-respected housing associations.
